Europe Todo

We are now settled into our new home and have started to think about the places and things we want to do while here. Below are some of the rough planning we have begun. If you wish to suggest a “must-do” trip or want to come on one of our adventures drop us a line.

Ice Hotel and Aurora Borealis

Pay a lot of money to sleep in the cold! A night inside an ice sculpture, sleeping on reindeer hides. Snow mobiling into the wilderness to find the Aurora Borealis and drink some weird warm berry juice.

Narrow boat through Burgundy region of France

Ever since reading a Bill Bryson novel where he did this I have been smitten with the idea of cruising along the picturesque canals of France. Manually working locks, bicycling into nearby towns for fresh bread and cheeses, and into nearby vineyards to wet our whistles.
